“This was my first order and will probably be my last, I never got an email confirming my order (I did get confirmation that I’d been added to mailing list though!), I emailed about not getting confirmation and didn’t get a reply, I then called and was told my order had been received I still didn’t get an email as confirmation. My order was placed on Wed afternoon, but not dispatched until Friday I would have thought my order would have been dispatched the next day. All in all some good beers, but a disappointing service.”

“The beer was all they said it would be. Arrived in good time. However the delivery charge of 9 pounds on a 32 pound order was excessive. Will make me think again before ordering.”

“Normally they are very good, but on this latest order i received a can that was on its best by date when i received it, at £5.15 a can for a short life Hop forward IPA, i wouldn't have paid top dollar for it, and probably wouldn't have ordered it had i known. I sent an email to query it and have had no response.”

“Beer was great, customer service was nearly adequate, delivery was shambolic. Adjustment was required to the original order which ended up leaving the package in limbo until I sent an email asking what had become of it. Asked for delivery to be targeted at a specific day which was ignored. Asked for delivery to be left in the porch which was also ignored. To be clear I was not told that either of these things would or would not be possible I just never got replies to my emails. Texted my response to Parcelforce within minutes of receiving it asking for delivery to be rescheduled to a different day. Received confirmation they had processed the change but the delivery was attempted on the same day anyway and left with a neighbour - the specific eventuality I had been trying to avoid.”
