“Bought the mystery case and half of it was out of date by six months one was over 8 months. Pretty insulting tbh wouldn't use them again”

“Have used Beer Merchants several times, with only one problem in the past - a bottle missing. I usually find delivery prompt and the goods of a high standard. I was a bit disappointed with my last order, which disappeared in transit and finally arrived 7 days after it was expected, with a beer missing! Beer Merchants were prompt to reimburse me, but it has made me think twice about ordering again.”

“The process was simple and we receive the product on the time promised. The product whilst fun, was quite thin glass and will not be enduring without extreme care.”

“Quality, fast service. However, dispatch confirmation emails would be useful. As it turned out, I was in the house this time when my product was delivered.”
