“Shayn was very helpful in sorting out my missing order. The delivery company have lost my package and when I contacted customer service, they immediately sent out a replacement. They also set my next delivery to skip, so that I did not get too many boxes too close together. Really pleased, so far.”

“I ordered Beer52 and recently ordered wine and it's lovely, set up so I can alternate my boxes and never miss out, they were more than helpful when I emailed Beer52 and set it all up, can't wait for my beers now that are coming soon.”

“Written in retrospect of a few months ago. Was very delighted w/ service provided on phone by Chris Wadle. Chris was very friendly and able to communicate with great efficiency and grace. 5* Wines were great, presentation and additional snacks always makes them a fantastic little treat box. That said, I do wish you could cancel subscriptions online.”

“Beer52 we’re very helpful. I emailed to ask them to cancel my subscription (Not the most convenient) but they did it strait away with no fuss. I will definitely use them again in the future for presents! 😀”

“I recently had cause to query my order with Beer52 when the box I had ordered was somehow delayed through a delivery issue. I got in touch and an employee in their Customer Service department called Zen arranged for a new box to be sent out immediately, which was extremely helpful.”

“Great company accompanied with great service, had a postage issue but was resolved quickly and with ease. Unfortunately I have had to cancel my subscription only due to increasing living costs in the current climate. Maria, Natalie and Dale were very helpful and understanding, great service from them all. When the time comes and I can afford to continue I will come back. 5*”

“I very much enjoyed the monthly wine club. There is a great variety of wines alongside a great magazine talking you through the different wines and the regions they’re from, alongside other great content. The snacks were also great. when I wanted to postpone my next box, the customer service team were quick to respond and very helpful. Natalie was 5*”

“I had an excellent experience but unfortunately had to cancel my membership. The beers were great and came with unexpected snacks. The employees were all very helpful, particularly Iannis Barron who aided me with my membership throughout. Would highly recommend.”
