“They are so incredibly stunning. Customer service was amazing and delivery was crazy fast ! However the metal petals dug into my foot. Perhaps it’s just the shape of my feet.”

“Love them! They are just as beautiful in person! Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the ankle straps are to big on the smallest hole. I had to go to a shoe maker and have them add extra holes to have the ankle strap fit properly. Still would by again!”

“I wish i could love these shoes but they just were not it. The photos of them are absolutely stunning but unless you double knot the bow they tend to undo easily due to it being silk and the double knot removes the nice bow effect at the back of the shoe. The strap that goes over toes is silk on top but has a leather strip underneath that digs into the skin, since it was a hot day on my wedding day it caused painful blisters after only 2hrs of wear.”

“These shoes are gorgeous and very comfortable. My heel slips out every so slightly when I walk, but I'm going to add an insert that will fix that issue. I really love these shoes!”

“I absolutely love my new Victoria shoes but they are a little stretchy on the sides of my toes (specially pinky toes ), I recommend to wear them around the house to stretch them. The design is beautiful , I just think they need more support for people with bunions.”

“Je l'ai essayé et je les trouves super confortables. après je l'es ai porté deux min. Mon mariage c 'est en janvier j'ai hâte de les porter pour le jour J et voir si elles tiennent leur promesse de confort. je reviendrais poster un commentaire après notre mariage. Lulande de la Martinique”

“Very lovely shoes. The 4 stars is my concerns about the Slimness of the green ankle strap being really thin. Im worried if pulled too tight they will snap and i cant wear.”

“The shoes have a good quality. The difficulty is returning and exchanging because there is no prepaid label. So you have to mail it yourself and follow up with the refund which I found it time consuming and challenging.”

“Gorgeous and true to size. I spent 4 months going back and forth on whether to get these shoes and in the end, I’m glad I did it! I got the heel stabilizers to allow me wear them for longer and ended up wearing them for about 2 hours at a stretch. They’re definitely not for dancing the night away but they’re stunning and look great in pictures.”

“The Aurora heels are so beautiful! They look fit for a queen! I only wish that they made all of their shoes in a “wide” form because I have wide feet. I was lucky enough to try the shoes on during their NYC popup, so i kind of knew what I was getting myself into. The toes are a little tight and hurts the side, but I think with a bit more wear, my toes will fit the mesh better. Gorgeous shoes and comfortable to wear for the most part. Just wished that the front was a bit more accommodating for wide feet.”

“Beautiful shoes which are comfortable when trying on. I didnt keep them as the heel was too high and then had to pay £30 for shipping from UK to USA to return them! It would have helped to know the heel height beforehand. The purchase was a mistake in view of the return cost. Keep this in mind if you're not sure about whether to get them or not, for me it was a big waste of money.”

“These shoes are very beautiful. I don't wear heels that often anymore, so I was worried about the pain level on my wedding day. However, they were so comfortable! I wore them for 8 hrs straight before experiencing any discomfort. Not bad at all. I would have given a 5 star review, but on the day of my wedding I noticed that the back of the heel had started peeling. There was nothing to be done to fix it at that point, so I was disappointed. I expected more from heels at this price point.”

Hi Lynn! It sounds like the protective liner was left on the soles of your shoes. We apply this plastic liner on the soles just to help prevent scuffing during try-on. We do lift off the heel tip to make it easier to peel, as we have heard from some customers that it was too hard to get a grip on. Once you remove the plastic liners on the soles, your shoes are ready to be worn!

“BEAUTIFUL shoes!! Exactly what I hoped for. My only complaint is that the shoe fits but the heel strap slides off with too much walking or movement so I have to be careful of it I love then so much, I’m still gonna wear them on my wedding day. It’s a little annoying but nothing I’m not willing to deal with. These shoes really dress so comfy though! Super padded and cushy”

Hi McKayla! We're sorry to hear the straps slide off your heel. Slingbacks can be finicky depending on the shape of your foot. If your heels are narrow and the slingback keeps slipping off, you may want to use double-stick fashion tape or strap cushions to help your foot grip onto the slingback more. “I bought the shoes for my wedding. Now, my wedding hasn’t taken place yet but from trying on the shoes, I can confirm they are very comfortable and very pretty. They do run a bit small though, usually I am a 37.5, here I needed a 38.5.”
