“The wrong shoes were sent the first time. I ordered block heels but they sent me kitten. The box was mislabeled, but they should check inside the box before they are sent out to people. Because it was their mistake, they did send me a shipping label which was good, but it was still a huge hassle having to pack them back up and take them to get shipped back. I did receive the correct pair eventually but for $300-$400 dollar shoes, quality control should be better.”

“I am disappointed that they will be so dirty just by using them once, as they are covered in silk or fabric, they get dirty very very easily. I don't think I can use them again.”

“Beautiful shoes, but they took a long time to break in. I brought them to a shoemaker and he told me he couldn't do much to help me because the inside isn't lined with leather (and the satin damages easily). I'm very happy with how they looked with my wedding dress, but if you purchase them make sure to block off time to break them in well before your wedding day!”

“The shoes were beautiful and perfect for my dress however they were extremely painful to wear because the material rubbed the top of my foot all night. I got lots of compliments but i need to figure what to do with my shoes to avoid scraping and pain on my toes.”

“I absolutely loved the look of my shoes!! They were perfectly elegant and trendy for my details photos and getting ready shots of putting my shoes on. However, they did not last in comfort. After about 3 hours in the heel, I was HURTING! I could not wait to change into sneakers during the reception. I sized perfectly too- I tried on a 7, 7.5 and 8- and ended up with my standard shoe size of 7.5. Just be warned- I loved the shoes but they do hurt after awhile! The claim that they’re the most comfy shoes is a bit of a stretch….”

“I purchased the Molly shoes but had to exchange them for a smaller size despite the Bella Belle's initial recommendation. Unfortunately, I was charged twice for the sales tax and never received a refund, essentially paying double tax for one pair of shoes. The return process was relatively straightforward; I had to cover the return shipping cost ($32.68) and received a refund for the shoe's price minus the sales tax. However, the issue with the sales tax left me feeling frustrated. Regarding the shoes themselves, they seemed decent at first. I wore them from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, but I had to take them off due to pain. To my disappointment, the toe of the shoe was already ripped, and there were clear signs of tearing on the inside of the toe area. Although they were somewhat easy to clean, I still experienced water stains, which was disappointing. It looks like I may need to take them to a professional cleaner. So, do I regret the purchase? To some extent, yes. I initially ordered the size recommended by Bella Belle, but it turned out to be too big. Then, when I ordered the correct size, I never received a refund for the sales tax on the first pair. Moreover, the second purchase was more expensive (price of the shoe increased, I guess), so be cautious if you need to exchange. Although the shoes were comfortable, they didn't hold up as well as I had hoped, and the issue with the sales tax was frustrating, leaving me out $61.42. My attempts to resolve the matter with Bella Belle, DHL, and the gov't were unsuccessful (Bella Belle sent me to the gov't and DHL, who in turn sent me back to Bella Belle), so I eventually gave up. Would I recommend this company to a friend? Probably not, unless they are absolutely certain about their size and have no high expectations regarding the shoes' durability. I would advise skipping the sizing recommendations from the company, as they may not always be accurate. For those interested, overall, I lost over $100 total for the shipping, the never refunded sales tax, and the price increase.”

“Saw these shoes were marketed as ‘comfortable’ so I ordered a pair. The pointy toe made them painful so I returned them at my own expense. Since I had to pay -just to try them on-I really can’t recommend the company.”

“The shoe straps were very small, and when I tried to make an exchange, I took over two weeks to exchange the shoes. By the time I received a message about confirming my exchange, it was already a couple of days before my wedding day and I could not have the shoes on time.”

Hi Giovanna, Please note that we do ask customers to allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges/returns to be processed after you have sent the item back. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need your shoes quickly, we recommend re-purchasing the new shoe now. New orders usually ship out within 1 business day. Then, send back the original order for return.

“Ich liebe die Schuhe die sind perfekt und die haben sehr gute Qualität und die sehen perfekt aus. Lider ist die Kundenservice nicht zuverlässig, die haben mir empfehlen eine große 37,5 zu kaufen zum Glück, habe ich dagegen entschieden und große 36 gekauft. Leider die Geschäft ist überhaupt nicht kundenfreundlich. Ich müsste in Deutschland noch 160€ wegen Steuer bezahlen. Ich habe drei Sterne wegen Schuhe selber gegeben, aber 2 Sterne abgezogen, wegen schlechter Kundenservice.”

“The shoes are very beautiful and chic, but not comfortable. The strap on the back heel slips off constantly making them hard to walk in. I wore them for engagement photos and had to stop often to adjust the strap. Im not sure I can wear them for my wedding.”

Hi Amanda! Slingbacks can be finicky depending on the shape of your foot. Going down ½ a size may work if the slingback currently isn’t making contact with the back of your heel. If the toe area feels good, snug but with a little room to wiggle the toes, then we don’t recommend sizing down or else it may be too tight here. If your heels are narrow and the slingback keeps slipping off, you may want to use double-stick fashion tape or strap cushions to help your foot grip onto the slingback more.
