my order was lost in the mail. Now waiting for carrier to help. was ordered for a clients wedding and am now scrambling trying to find what I need and praying the mail carrier comes through. Super unhappy with lack of support from Bellami. They see its lost and wont send out new order.

The quality of hair has gone down recently so I’m trying all the products to help keep them longer. This is too expensive and will be switching to a different brand with consistent quality. Please fix y’all’s hair.

I would have to say within the last year. The quality of the hair is not as nice. Shedding is extremely more noticeable. Hair quality is dryer within the first two months of having the product. I’m very disappointed in Bellami Hair wefts.

The product is beautiful. Very well constructed. The hair is in beautiful, strong, healthy condition. Color is fantastic & absolutely perfect for me. The only issue is that there is no manufacturer instructions or information to take into consideration how much original hair & how thick your own ponytail must/should be to accurately attach this product. The woven base/seam is simply too big for the amount of hair I have in a ponytail to attach it too. This should be reflected in the information prior to purchase.

I hate to report, but honestly, these had absolutely no tack on them whatsoever. I had to scrape and redo with Amazon. It wouldn’t stick as soon as you open the package they were falling off. This is not normal for them so I was very disappointed however they have done everything so far directed by this situation and me and good communication with me so hopefully I can report soon that we have reached to solution to this problem because it dramatically Affected my client and her confidence in my ability .

The hair was pretty thin, not what I’m used to from Bellami. Also the chocolate brown was more of an ash brown with a greenish undertone, I was disappointed.

I have used Bellami hair for over 10 years, and the last two purchases I've made have been poor quality hair. The shade of blonde has turned almost orange, which is something I have never experienced with Belllami and my biggest complaint with Hot Heads Hair. The hair is knotty and thin at the bottom.

The extensions used to last me 1 year before I had to replace them but now they last me 4 months and they get matted so easily. Their quality has gone down. I’m going to start looking for another brand of extensions.
