“It doesn’t match my hair color, I’ve reached out 3 times to try to get it fixed and the company will not respond to me. And now I am out all the money with hair that does not match. You should also have the models wear the color of hair that is in the tiny little boxes so people can make a good choice and not have to deal with this.”

“The quality appears to be good but I ordered 2 different ponytail extensions and I was not able to use either one. Neither one of the colors matched my hair color, which is nothing out of the ordinary. For reference, I ordered the Chocolate Brown (too dark and it has red tones) and the Ash Brown (too light with a lot of blonde highlights). To top it off, the ponytails are not returnable, so I basically wasted my money. I would not recommend buyting the ponytail extension due to the rigid return policy.”

“The hair itself is so beautiful. But I am extremely disappointed with the advertisement. It’s shown to be clip in for wedding hair and what I got doesn’t cover the entire head so I’d have to make other purchase to use what I have for any type of hair style. Definitely not satisfied and was extremely disappointed in this purchase.”

“I was shocked at how perfectly the extensions matches my actual hair color!! I’m rating a 4 because the clips are a bit uncomfortable and caused me a slight headache and I’m pretty hard headed. Overall, these will be perfect for my wedding!”

“I have bought these extensions before and loved them but I wanted them shorter. Unfortunately, the color that matches my hair (ash bronde highlight) is only available in longer lengths. I messaged Bellami to find out what color is closest and honeycomb highlight was recommended. Unfortunately, it isn’t close to my hair color so I had to return it. Responses through messaging take several days, not 24 hours. I called and wasn’t sent the email to return them, so I had to call a second time to get the email to return them. Costumer service isn’t the best, I loved my previous extensions, I just wish the colors were available in all lengths. When receiving the refund, it was short $10 which is odd because the shipping was free, so I’m not sure why some of the refund was missing.”

“I was not sure the color I should get, I took a picture of my hair and I was recommended a color, I looked at the one they chose for me I did not think it was the right one but I ordered anyway and it was the perfect match. The hair is so nice, does not tangle easily, easy to curl and style. I am very happy with the purchase.”

“Love the color, the thickness and the length! But tbh, for this price I was hoping for a silky smooth extensions. It’s not that soft, the hair are frizzy and always tangly. I have to comb the hair all the time so it won’t look like I have a nest on my neck. For this quality I will go back to my old trusting hair extensions from amazon…”
