“I love that I couldn’t feel the extensions in my hair. I have short thin hair. I only wish they came in shorter lengths. It hurt to watch half of the hair cut off lol. They matched my hair perfectly.”

“When I receive this Hair, the package was open it was not even sealed. I called to file a complaint. Customer service would not do nothing about it. Very disappointed.”

“This was my first and probably my last time buying Bellami hair. I ordered the Bellissima 220g 22" Sterling Silver extensions. The picture online shows this beautiful silver color, which isn't far from my natural color. What I got was brassy silver with a green hue. Luckily, my daughter is in beauty school and she toned the green out. The color was still very different from what I wanted, but I had no choice as I had thrown out the VoMor tape-ins I had been wearing for almost a year. My daughter was able to blend them in so they didn't look horrible. After wearing them for a few days I noticed a brown thread hanging down. At that point I was done. I ordered another brand and trashed the Ballami ones.”

“Quality has gone down hill. Hair used to be nice quality but feels like plastic now. Don’t know what happened but my last 2 sets have felt like this. Was also charged twice but receive one set of extensions. Tried to contact customer service multiple times with no reply. What happened?”

“They feel nice! I myself didn’t feel that it was a jet black. To color match I colored my hair 1n to match with the extensions. However the extensions are full and long!! ❤️”
