“Package got lost and this company is very shady with refunds. They do not reply back to email. Beware ordering from mediocre company like this.”

“Fast normal delivery, beautiful hair and I love how thin the rows of clips are!! So much easier on my natural hair”

“The color did not match the swap online! I contacted KIM with customer service and did not get a response until another response was sent! Unless you see the color in person…do not recommend! Customer service could be better! Especially with how much u spend!my hair stylist even said they do not match and she is contacting her representative with bellami to get help!”

“Love love love the infinity wefts. This was the first time I used them and I really loved the texture and length and fullness of the hair. Very surprised but super delighted that it exceeded my expectations!!!”

“Color represented poorly and the only way to see the true color is to open it which prevents you from returning. I’ve had good experiences with Bellami in the past but my last order I wish I didn’t purchase as I’m out a lot of money for something I can’t use. Be careful with the photos as they are sometimes wildly misleading. The hair is beautiful quality though.”

“I’ve used Bellami for YEARS for my extensions. I have to say, I’m extremely under impressed the last time or two around. The hair quality has gone way down, the grams of hair feel much thinner, and proceed to feel even more thin, each time. Really disappointed.”

“First time getting hair extensions and I love them! This picture is from a hair and makeup trial appointment. So glad my hairstylist recommended Bellami.”
