“My only criticism is that I didn't actually know when the rug/runners would be delivered - we live rurally and luckily the delivery company left them in a 'safe' place as we were not at home for either delivery”

“Initally ordered on the 16th January. Didn't get a shipping notification until the 23rd. That order then sat in a warehouse in Germany for 2 weeks, made its way to the UK for less than 1 day and was returned to Germany, whereupon UPS claimed to have lost it. Benuta agreed to a refund and added a 20% voucher for a replacement order. That order (11th Feb) was then dispatched without the required non-EU documentation, so was again stuck in the German warehouse for a week waiting for that, which was only suppplied after I chased Benuta for it. If you're hoping for a stress-free speedy delivery, look elsewhere.”
