One star is too good. If there were negative stars then that would be more appropriate. My entire experience with Best Buy has been awful. I made an in store purchase of an IPAD as a birthday gift for my daughter. The item was supposed to be shipped next day for free. The item never came. I called Best Buy and they shipped another IPAD. It did arrive 1 week later way after my daughter's birthday. I called Best Buy to receive some sort of compensation for ruining my daughter's birthday and making false claims and promises. I was promised a refund. Refund never came. I called back. I was promised another refund. I waited. It never came. I called back, was on the phone for over an hour, only to be told that they won't issue a refund. My advise is to NEVER purchase anything from Best Buy. They have horrible customer service and fail to produce what you are entitled to. May Best Buy receive the same treatment they give their customers.

NEVER EVER WILL I PURCHASE FROM BEST BUY AGAIN, NO MATTER HOW GREAT THE SALE CAN BE..I HATE BEING OUTSOURCED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHEN YOU BUY SOMETHING FROM THEM AND TOLD YOU CAN PICK UP THE SAME DAY DO NOT BELIEVE IT AT ALL. REFUNDS TAKE FOREVER TO GO THROUGH WITH THIS COMPANY. BEST BUY WAS GREAT BACK IN THE DAY, NO LONGER!!!!! CAN'T SPEAK WITH THE STORE DIRECTLY REALLY??? BEING TOLD DUE TO COVID DOESN'T HOLD WATER THIS IS 2022. GET OVER IT.

Let me start by saying I am not one to write reviews but I have never had such a bad experience with a company's customer service. I ordered a new tv from best buy on June 8, 2020 and scheduled the delivery for June 13 between 12 and 6 pm. My wife took off work to be there since it needs a signature to be delivered and after waiting around all day, nobody showed up to deliver the tv with no calls or emails saying they wouldn't make it. I log on to my account to see if that can tell me where it is and it says it was delivered even though it never arrived at my house. I called customer service right away to try and get it resolved asap and waited over 2 hours to ever talk to anyone. She told me that she submitted it for review to look into what happened to it and I would hear back in 24 - 48 hours. I wait over 48 hours with no calls so I called them back and waited another hour on hold to talk to someone. They told me that it was dispatched and still waiting to hear back from the delivery company but could not get into contact with the company. I called back every day to try and get it figured out but they tell me the same thing every time. To wait 24 hours, but I never hear back. Best Buy needs to find a better delivery company to use and hire people that know what they're doing. Nobody can actually help you there and every one of them just transfers you to someone else that is clueless and of course you have to hold for a long time and reexplain everything every time. It has been two weeks now and I still don't have my Sony 65" tv but they were quick to take my $1060. I advise anyone thinking of ordering anything through Best Buy to shop elsewhere because if there is any kind of issue with it they will not be able to help you and will make you jump through hoops to get a resolution.

Had I read the reviews I never would have bought from best buy. Delivery of a washing machine was to be installed, I wasn't home, my 85 yr old father was. They dumped it in the middle of the laundry room, told my dad to sign and left. Called, talked to floor supervisor, he didn't seem very concerned about it, his point was I didn't pay for install,(it was a special they were running). They took advantage of an old man, thinking they could pull one over and they did. Best buy doesn't care. Never again.

Best Buy You are a horrible company and your customer service is atrocious. I spent over $8000, paid cash, and three months later still do not have all my appliances. My refrigerator was broken by your delivery team a month ago. Took a month to get replacement and then on delivery day (today) they rescheduled after I called to confirm. You have my money and I still don’t have my product. Your call center staff does not understand what I am saying and read from a script and cannot complete simple problem solving steps. I called and asked to speak with supervisor and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes only to be told the supervisor would call me back and the supervisor did not understand what I was saying. He just kept saying so sorry and rescheduled my delivery for tomorrow. I want to speak with someone who can make this right and get me my product. You can’t call the store, you can’t call corporate to complain and your set up is to use your 888 number so the customer service representatives who do not understand nor think for themselves cannot really help you and your goal is to frustrate your me the customer so I’ll give up. I’ve learned my lesson and will never spend another dime in your establishment. Buyer beware!!!!

My son placed an online purchase order using my cc on March 2, 2024 for a MacBook which he needed that day and according to the order confirmation it would be available that day for pick up. It wasn't, in fact they had cancelled the order and didn't inform us until March 5th that the order didn't process. After probably a half dozen phone calls lasting many hours and several trips to the store the issue still was unresolved. Best Buy continued to hold my cc funds for nearly 2 weeks basically holding my money ransom for their error. At one point an associate said that Best Buy will give a discount for our troubles, to call back when the funds were released. So i did, there were no notes that a discount would be awarded so my son is still without a computer. Don't do business with Best Buy if you expect honest and decent customer service. Won't do business with them again.

Without a doubt, the worst experience EVER!!!!!!!!! 1. On the initial day that our appliances were supposed to be delivered, the delivery driver could not find our house. He did not call and no one from Best Buy could find a way to contact them. I was out on hold 3 times, transferred and disconnected twice, and some complete incompetent named Trey, after all of this had happened, he decided he didn't like the tone of my voice and suddenly put me on hold rather than speak to me. We requested calls back from the manager which never occurred. My husband drove 4 hours round trip to take delivery and they never arrived. 2. Appliances arrived 3 day later. Refrigerator is broken. We are told a new one will arrive the following week. 3. Seven days later, replacement fridge arrives with huge ding in the side. We are offered a gift card - but at that point I wouldn't let m y worst neighbor buy from best buy, so we asked for a refund. We we offered a check. It was supposed to arrive today. It did not. 4. We called to see what was up with the check. We were informed that some supervisor has not approved it yet, SO IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN MAIILED. We have been lied to, ignored, hung up on, and generally disrespected. Best Buy could be giving away things and I still would never do business with them again. They are truly everything that is wrong in retail today.

Best Buts automated system sucks. It is impossible to get an actual person at the store you are calling. I don’t want their call center and get tired of hearing “ they aren’t taking calls” that’s bad business. Ditch your automated system. She is dumber than a bag of bricks

Should be called “Worst Buy”. We bought a new computer, printer, & key board this morning. Paid an additional $200 for installation which we were told would be between 1 & 3 pm today. Sat home all afternoon. No one showed up. After 5 phone calls (could not connect to the store) & being on hold for 20 minutes - we were told there was no work order! Terrible customer service. Different info given by various people. No commitment for this service. CRIMINALS. Stay far away from this store.

Need an oven a.s.a.p. Best Buy charged me for an out of stock item then proceeded to repeatedly delay delivery while holding onto my money. When I tried to refund, it told $100 less than what I paid. Over two weeks later, my alternative choice is now out of stock.

I did not receive my order and yet Best Buy will not refund my order without waiting 3 days (so a total of 7 days since I ordered. ) Customer service does nothing except read the same script over and over.

Best Buy is one of the worst store ever. Customer service 2 out of 10 and that’s being nice. Corporate absolutely sucks. They steal and don’t deliver and block you from ordering online or delivery for complaining. Karishma Executive Resolution Specialist- the absolute worst!

DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE HERE !!!! I purchased a refrigerator at Best Buy and it will be the last item I buy through them. They missed my delivery date and expected me to wait two more days after the original day without any regard to how they had inconvenienced me. I tried to escalate the issue and all I got was an email with my new delivery day. Total disregard for the customer and total lack of accountability for their actions and those of the delivery company they use to deliver their product. Do yourself a favour, buy at Home Depot, you’ll get better service. Don’t be fooled by their pricing strategy (a few dollars less than the rest). It’s a ploy to get you to buy from them. Trust me, it wasn’t worth the $ 20 I saved. Cost me way more in lost time and the stress they caused when they insinuated that I was lying. Customer service is also useless. They have to follow policies and cannot deal with customer service issues. I don’t understand, isn’t that their job? They basically answer phones to listen to irate customers. Escalating your problem also won’t help as managers do not call you back. This is a sinking ship that won’t be around much longer since they don’t get the meaning of customer service.

I have bought many items from Clarksville, TN Best Buy. I don't work there, so why do I have to hunt someone down everytime I want to purchase something. I have to search it online, know exactly what I want, walk-in and tell the person at the front, or I will never get anyone to help me. Then I end up apologizing for bothering them, because that's just how I am. I just want someone to help me!!!

Their customer service stinks. They have no clue what their doing and how to address any issues that confront them. I'm not sure if it is poor training, or that Best Buy contracts out their customer service to foreign countries who don't care about helping you. I twice had to work with them and both times did not get my issues resolved. Over an hour and 30minutes with 6 transfers, pathetic. I ended up going back to the local store and talk with the store manager who was able to help me. My advice to Best Buy either pay more and get qualified workers or slowly lose customers. It's hard for me to go back an purchase anything from them. And I surely can't recommend them knowing their customer service is soooo bad. Best Buy's saving grace is knowlegable store managers. Maybe I don't run large corporations but I do know you have to take care of your customers if you want them to take care of you. You don't stay in business very long if you don't follow that basic principle. Good Luck

We purchased an item, wanted to return it, called Best Buy they sent me a return label and I shipped it back. I recieved an email from Best Buy stating they recieved my refund but never refunded me my money. I have contacted Best Buy but they refuse to do anything. BIG BOX COMPANY doesn't care about their customers. I won't be sad if they go out of buisness because they do not care about their customers.

They thought it was a good idea to make it where you can't call the store to check to see if they have items. No one at their call center. I stop buying from there because every time I walk in 5 employees are doing nothing and could have answered the phone but now I have to deal with a call center that solves none of my problems.

Ordered product. Delivered product wrong address via UPS. Neither Best Buy nor UPS wants to deal with it. Best Buy hired UPS to deliver it. It IS your probem.
