“Customer service is great with Betsy Boo's. I do a lot of online shopping, and they have always provided lightning-fast response times. Betsy Boo's agents go the extra mile to make the customer happy. Even when I have asked for outfit ideas, they go over and above to send me emails with suggestions - who does that in this day? I have also been happy with the clothes and I think the idea of "sets" is brilliant. I don't have to do a lot of homework to fill my closet, they do it for me. This company has a win-win no-brainer concept.”

“The shirt was very thin poorly made fabric. Also the stitching on the collar and shoulder had become undone and there was masking tape holding it together. This tells me that they knew it was messed up and sent it to me damaged anyway. I was very disappointed.”

“I'm so aggravated with this company. I ordered a BBB set at the beginning of April. Now it's been over a month and I still have no received my item. While it was a pre order it was expected to ship early to mid April, now here I am in may and still haven't received he item and it still hasn't shipped! Will not be ordering ore sale items from them again”

“I ordered a buffalo plaid dress I found on Pinterest from here and it's SOOOO cute and comfy but also arrived so quickly I didn't know what I was getting in the mail until I opened it! Excellent! I have to say I think it runs EXACTLY true to size... I'm a dress size 10 and if the dress was ANY smaller it wouldn't have fit... so if you like clothes a little lose I would order up! Absolutely perfect transaction and another happy customer.”
