“I am a long time customer who loves the BBB Sets! Everything I have ordered, except one item, came quickly and fits perfect. The one return I had was easy & customer service was exceptional. I have tried other online boutiques, but have found the quality not the same.”

“I really liked the 2 outfits that I ordered. However was disappointed when they arrived at the quality of the product. The tank top and sweater were a large but seriously would fit my daughter who is small. Not sure I will wear them. And the sweater was paper thin. Afraid to wash it.”

“The outfit is very cute and stylish, however I was disappointed in the pants. They had no hem and were VERY long. About 8 inches too long. I am not petite at 5'5". Because they have no hem, I guess I'll just cut them to fit. I do wish though that having paid so much for this outfit it would have fit better/been better quality.”

Hi Stephanie! Thank you for your purchases. Yes...you had ordered Palazzo Pants, which are meant to have an unfinished hem and you do cut to the correct length on Palazzos. Sorry if you did not understand that when you placed your order. We promise that out other non-palazzo pants are hemmed. :) Thanks again for your business.

“The first two outfits I received were absolutely amazing. The tanks fit perfectly and the tops fit as if they were made for me. I ordered two more and its as if I ordered from a different company. The tanks were half the length as the first two and one of the shirts, although the same design, fits completely different. I am not one to return items so I'll make it work, but my excitement to get my package was crush by the tiny tanks... :-(”

“It's rare to see a return policy where you don't get a refund but only a credit, even when returned right away. Ordering online can be unpredictable and it's comforting to know you can return it, if it doesn't fit or it's not as you expected. Now, I have to continually look for something to spend the credit on and hope I like it.”

We are very sorry that you somehow missed our return policy before you made your purchase. We are very upfront with our policy, as it is linked to every one of our web pages, including the check out page. We do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is actually much better than most, in that we offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we do apologize that you missed our policy before you made your purchase and hope that you find something that you LOVE with your store credit.
