“Runs snug in hips even for a large. Have to wear control top underneath to smooth everything out. But the x-large would be huge in the waist. Love the skirt, colors and patterns so I will make it work!”

“I've ordered three BBB sets to date. As a repeat customer I do have a recommendation. The subject line of your emails often say VIP, but honestly they feel very ordinary when opened. Nothing exclusive about the content. Perhaps you should reward frequent shoppers with a multi-purchase program or at least a small discount on their next purchase. I would buy even more! Just some marketing feedback.”

“I have ordered a pair of shoes and a tshirt. Liked them both. But it's disheartening that since then everything, and I mean EVERYTHING that I have liked is no longer available in my size! Even on the day I get an email saying that these sets have just come in today, everything in the large is unavailable. If it's that popular a size, maybe you should order more of those rather than the smaller sizes, which seem to be in abundance.”

Christina... Glad to hear you have liked your BBB items! Sorry that you gave us a bad review on the fact that we did not have size options on the things that you like. We have new arrivals come in every day, and being that we are a boutique- we order a limited quantity of our items (we do have to order merchandise in "runs" meaning that we have to get equal smalls, mediums and larges- larges are always the first to sell). We always have ALL SIZES available for 24-48 hours in our new BBB Sets, so not sure if you are just getting to an older email, as all sizes are available. Again, we are sorry to see that you gave us a low review, although you like our merchandise that you have received. We hope that you check back often, as again new arrivals go up daily in all sizes.

“I ordered a shirt and it was too big so I returned it with a request to exchange for one size smaller. Instead of that, I received credit to my account and went to order the correct size and of course they are sold out. I am very disappointed.”

“First time customer but definitely will be a return customer. SUPER excited with the pieces I ordered. GREAT QUALITY! One shirt does not fit me well, and I'm taking advantage of the return policy. “Buyer beware: read the return policy before you order. In this day and age, it's unusual to not be able to return something for a refund. But, you can't with this site. You will receive a "credit" toward your next item. I was not pleased with the quality of my garment so I'm not interested in future orders, but now I'm stuck and out my money unless I try again.”

Judy...We are sorry that you missed our return policy before ordering, as we have a link to it on all pages so that our customers realize that before ordering. Actually, we have a better policy than most of our boutique competitors. Again, we are sorry that you somehow missed it. We do hope that you use your gift card and try another order--- the gift card does not expire and there are no exclusions.
