“Ordered 2 items... one was a jean dress size large and a cheveron shirt size med.. the dress was so small I had to have help getting my arms out of it and never did get it on and the shirt size medium was like a tent.,, Asked for money back and was told I have to use gift card. Got gift card today and am trying to reorder 2 new items... cannot even change pages without the join our site pop up ... I'm already a member... tried to add 2 tops to cart but when. I go to cart it's empty... I have a 70 gift card that I'm having issues even redeeming.., Whole experience poor!!”

We are sorry that you are having issues with the site! It seems that we are not recording any current issues and orders are continuing to come in...we wish it was something we could fix for you. If you would want to email customerservice@betsyboos.com, we would be happy to email you an invoice to purchase tomorrow. As far as the items that you did purchase- you are very correct...you ordered two completely different items, as far as "fits" go. The denim dress does state in the product description that it tends to run small, we are very sorry if you missed that upon placing your order. The other chevron top is more of a "poncho fit", as described in the product description. We hope that your next order you will find items that you do like the fit of. If at any time you would like more guidance or measurements, our customer service department would be more than happy to help you!

“I have placed orders more than once and have been totally satisfied with my orders. The only think is some things take a little longer to get because it ships later in the month than the order. I just have to remember to look and see when it will ship and place two orders if one doesn't have a time limit on it.”

“Here is the picture that says it all...what I ordered is not the same as what I received. I do like the shirt. I'm not going to return it but it isn't the light fun spring colors I was hoping for and I don't think I'll order anymore from this store.”

Danielle... I am sorry to see that you are disappointed in the top you received. It is the same shirt...it is that the cut of the fabric shows more of the tan color than on the model. It does state in the product description that the stripes vary depending on the cute. You can see the mocha is in the product description title for that reason, and the mocha is on the sleeves and the picture taken of the back on our website. “I think I'm done ordering from this boutique. My first item had crooked stitching. Miy second item looks nothing like the picture on the website, which is highly diappointing. Good customer service or not, the products are sub-par. I would love to upload the pictures but it won't let me.”

“The leggings are so soft and fit perfectly. Way better than Lula in my opinion and did not cost me nearly as much. The boots and shirt again fit perfectly. I've never had 100% satisfaction before!!”

“The shirt is pretty. Ordered a large (10/12) and fits more like a 10ish. The tank is very snug and could have been a size larger as well. Overall fast shipping and the shirt overall is pretty and comfortable.”
