“I was very disappointed with my first BBB experience. The shirt I ordered was a much thinner material than I expected it to be. It was not true to size (smaller than expected). I went online to see how to return or exchange it and saw that there was only an email address to write to asking for a return label. I sent 2 emails and never received a reply. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I would have liked a phone number to call or an instant message link. I am hoping that my experience is not the norm for your company.”

“I ordered the Raglan sweatshirt, on sale. The stitching at the neck (the X) is very crooked, but since I ordered it on sale I can't return it. I looked to see if I could order another and there weren't any in my size left. I like it, but I learned to not purchase on sale unless I am 100% confident with the purchase. I'm also waiting for a pre-order and wonder what the quality will be...”

“I purchased the "Dog Mom" ragland. The overall quality of the shirt was not what I expected. It is very thin and the size runs big. Not sure that I would be a return customer.”

This last purchase was a little shocking because I have never ordered a small but because it was so over-sized, it worked so I kept it. Even if it hadn't worked, customer service is so easy to deal with and so friendly. The choices are fabulous and I wish I could buy something every time.”

“I recently ordered a few items that needed to be returned. Because BBB only offers a credit and not a refund, I was forced to purchase a few more items. Once again, I was not happy with the quality of fabric when the items were received. Instead of having to pay to have the items returned again and going through the process of getting a credit and trying to find more items, I chose to give the items to a charity. BBB doesn't offer much variety in the "plus sized" items. Most of the items I wanted to purchase don't come in XL. I am not a "plus" size but I have broad shoulders and DD chest, so a size 8/10 isn't going to cut it.”

We do offer free return shipping and will provide you with a return label as long as you contact Customer Service. We do offer several loose fit tunics and dolmans and have one of the largest plus size collections for online boutiques. Gift Cards are good for a year and we add new items daily. We include at least one (usually more) plus size sets each time we release new sets. If you ever need a measurement on an in stock item, just reach out to Customer Service and we'd be happy to provide that for you.
