“I have mixed reactions. I was most pleased with the prompt service. However, I was disappointed that the sizes were inconsistent. One item fit, but the other, the same size was much too small.”

“BBB is my favorite online boutique! I have never been disappointed! When I received a top that was literally coming apart at the seam, they instantly sent me a gift card so I could pick out a replacement! They are also quick to respond to questions. Love this boutique and can't say enough good things about it!!”

We are very sorry that you somehow missed our return policy before you made your purchase. We are very upfront with our policy, as it is linked to every one of our web pages, including the check out page. We do issue store credit (which most people love...they can find something else and get another BBB package in the mail) that does not expire and has no exclusions. In comparison to other online boutiques, our policy is actually much better than most, in that we offer free shipping both ways & give you 30 days to return. Again, we do apologize that you missed our policy before you made your purchase and hope that you find something that you LOVE with your store credit.
