“Customer Service at your company is great!! However, the last two shipments of clothing I received I was not happy with the quality of the items. Items are of low quality and don't fit well at all. I probably won't be purchasing again.”

“I like the clothes sizes vary and think it would be more fair if something did not work we could get money back instead of credit to have to use Just saying that because I am a retail manager of 22 years and feel that you should not have to have a credit on a item returned in the time it was suppose to be and in its original condition Thank you”

“Received my first "set" today. Shirt was a little shorter than what I like to wear, but quality of the clothes and earrings were great! Can't wait to receive an email stating the other sets I want are available.”

“While I was very disappointed with my first experience with BBB, the second was much better. To be clear, I never had a problem with customer service, only the products, and I was a little annoyed that refunds were not issued, but rather exchanges. I was not at all happy with any of the six products I first purchased (though I kept two items), but the exchange process was very simple, and I appreciated the extra gift card I received due to the defective pair of shoes I recieved. Today, I received my exchanges and am pleased with the items; I especially love the denim jacket, and the shoes I purchased this time are soooo comfy, and they couldn’t possibly fit any better.”

“The clothes are so cute! My only complaint would be that many times the descriptions are vague. I'd like to know exactly what the outer pieces are made of and if hems are roughly finished, etc.”

“I was a little disappointed by the finish of the top I purchased. There was no finished hem around the neck, sleeves or bottom. That wasn't apparent in the picture I saw on line. I also thought it appeared to be longer than it was. But overall I liked the two pieces.”

“I love your clothing and feel it is reasonably priced. I do a fair amount of returning because the full description doesn't go on site right away and if I wait for full description, I typically miss out on items. This being said, your return policy is great and it keeps me shopping and trying new items.”
