“I love having my outfits put together where I can get it all together without stressing over what will look cute together. The jewelry that comes with the sets is kinda cheapie looking though. The preorder thing is kind of frustrating for me too, because where I live the season change fast so by the time I get them the season has changed”

“The clothes were top quality and very nice. This review is in no way a reflection of BBB’s quality. I purchased a grab bag- which i knew I would not be able to chose my items-or return anything-which was fine, but of the 3 items I got- 2 are something I would never ever wear. Chevron reminds me of Charlie Brown and I’ve never been a fan and Christmas printed leggings(printed leggings period) are in my opinion Tacky. I did keep the floral blouse. And I’ve gotten many compliments. The grab bag is a nice, cost effective way to see if you like the quality and learn what size you need from this boutique- just beware- what they send may very well not be your “style”. This won’t keep me from ordering items again but I think in the future I will stick to picking out my own clothes.”

“I ordered a Medium and it was way too big so i exchanged it for a Small. It is way too big, but I LOVE the top so I am going to have it altered to fit!”

“I feel the top ran a little big. The card I is very nice, good quality. I will purchase again from Betsy Boo. All I ask is if you could carry more jeans in size 16 (xl)”

“The only thing I wish you would change is the tank material or use something other than tanks under every outfit. Love all my outfits from here but hate the tank material.”

“I have absolutely loved the subscription service they have. I have received two boxes so far and all the items they send are adorable. I haven't had much luck with the sets. This is mostly because I have to select S-M-L and while I am medium, my chest (breast) are large, so the bralettes, etc, don't work for me when they come with medium sets. But their sets are also very cute. Great job Betsy Boo!!”

“Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of their return policy. It should be free return shipping for 30 days! But I do love almost everything I get! Their fitted jackets run a little small. I’ve ordered several and have to send them back every time.”

“Cutomer service is awesome. I have ordered several things from here with no problems. Last item i ordered had a tear in shirt sleeve. I emailed them & sent them a picture of the tear. They immediately sent me a new shirt with no hassle.”

“I have ordered several BBB Sets and individual items as well. I think it would be helpful to allow a larger size in the bralettes in the sets. A large that might fit in a shirt doesn't necessarily mean a bralette would be a large. They run small anyway. This is frustrating because you then have to send back the bralette. The other thing is IN STORE CREDIT ONLY! I feel it is good customer service to allow a credit to the customer and not just IN STORE CREDIT. Because some of the styles I didn't like on me I had to send back now I have several IN STORE CREDITS. My philosophy is if you have a good product and good customer service; the customer is always going to come back instead of insuring they come back because of an IN STORE CREDIT. I like Betsy Boo's and like the fact that returning is very easy. This is a fantastic service that not all online boutiques offer.”
