“Although I subscribed with excitement I was so disappointed with BetterMe service and support. Despite canceling the plan, having an email sent to them to cancel and their reply. I’ve been emailing them without clear response. Beware when subscribing as it looks like they will continue to charge you even after you have cancelled the subscription. They are not transparent or straightforward in the info they provide and trick you into thinking they’ve carried out your request but still continue to charge.”

“The company automaticaly charged u without u knowing its. I only bought a 1 week plan they offered at instagram and when you click it will direct you to pay it. I paid the certain amount. But didnt expect to direct me to download the app and boom they charged you automatically 179 dhms without u understanding what was that for? Dont be trapped never download the app? They fool you and application is not even useful and complicated!”
