SCAM. App charged me a full plan after I took off the auto renewal and canceling. I didn't have time to continue using so had to cancel. Their response was to send more add ons and options after I've expressed my initial cancelation was based on no time but cant refund what they charged. I didn't have any issues besides this and would never use again just based on that reason. Even though I took precautions...I was still charged. Id say be careful but that doesn't seem to make any difference. Apps that scam for additional monies.. not cool. I never have bad reviews but the customer service and help is terrible when dealing with this issue. They are quick to respond with no solution but more services to offer of the app. I didnt even really need the app and only wanted to just trial. Guess that what happens. Should have just gone to the gym!

I'm trying the app and I have to say that I'm loving it. I have to say they have an excellent customer service because I had a little misunderstanding or confusion with the subscription and the customer service was so helpful and nice. 10 out of 10, they really take care of their customers and they were so thoughtful with.

Well, it started by a long search on Sociak Media for some way to exercise. Being unnemployed at the moment access to an Academy was totally out of reach. Found several online. No one else had a plan for Somatic Training and with a such wonderful campaign. After giving it a lot of thougth, I decided to start this journey in March. There are some obstacules in getting exaclty what you want as a subscription, but after his is solved and if you really dedicate yourself to a commitement you will see the differences. Online support has been amazing as well. And for me, this was the seal deal. If everything improves with my working life I pretend to stick with them and be a success case. Please pay attention and read what you are signing thoroughly and you will have a "BETTER ME" for sure.

I had difficulty canceling the subscription. They were patient, and helped me cancel and refunded my money.

I had a pleasant exchange with customer service. We ended up with a satisfying agreement. I like their plan, unfortunately it's too pricy for me to sign up with the regular plan, so I wait for a discount or promotion.

Be careful . When you make a payment to Better me your card is compromised It’s no safe .i credit card was used by thief, thanks to this better me . Thank God for bank insurance Never again

I tried the app in 2023 and haven't used it since then. However, they kept charging me due to auto-renewal. Yesterday, I noticed a charge for a new period and contacted their customer service to request a refund for the most recent charge. They declined my request and offered to extend my subscription instead. That's a joke. Be careful when using this app.

Do not, do not subscribe to this program. I signed on for a 4 week program 8 months ago and they are still charging me. They have shown no accountability for refunding me my money. Don't do it--not worth the hassel and expense as I have to file a complaint with the Better Business bureau and my lawyer to reclaim the money. Stay away.
