“Best photo store, by far. I've been a satisfied customer for more than 40 years. Great selection and prices. Quick delivery. Customer service, when needed, was always pleasant and handled the one or two returns I've made without hassle. Above all, they are an ethical business that you can trust. Today I ordered a spike for my not-so-popular branded monopod; it was in stock. How about that. I shouldn't be surprised.”

“Minor web-site issue. If you leave it o'night, it demands a re-entered password but does not accept it. Fully logged out, which is reasonable, not just suspended. Please correct this minor point. Otherwise, a great site and a great emporium.”
