“Good site with competitive prices. I respect their Sabbath beliefs, but if you're going to do that, do it properly and suspend the whole website and put up an explanation. I was confused when I couldn't complete my transaction. Surely the Day of Rest extends not just to financial transactions but any kind of work, including browsing or keeping the website up? Explanations and consistency please.”

“I placed an order online before and 1 week later they send me an email saying they want ID. this is no problem so I sent them a copy of utility bill AS THEY REQUESTED THIS. then 2 days later they cancel my order rubbish customer service, cheap but bad service”

“+ Everything I need is available under one roof. + Staff have a high level of technical expertise. - Store is so big, staff often don't know where things are outside their department. - There is no maintenance facilities e.g. sensor cleaning for cameras.”
