“I ordered 3 screens online on January 15 with a delivery time of 3 to 7 days. The order did not arrive, and yesterday after 14 days I learned that the package did not clear inspection, never left New York and has been returned to BH. BH hasn't told me why the package didn't clear inspection, but whatever the reason (improper packaging or documentation), it is the responsibility of BH and not mine. BH isn't willing to give me a refund yet, supposedly because they want to inspect the returned package. But whatever the status of the package is, it's the responsibility of BH and can never be held against me as BH already knows I never had possession of the products due to no fault of my own.”
