“I've been a B&H customer for the past several decades for four main reasons: 1). B&H's extensive selection of offerings in virtually every product category makes comparisons quick and easy; 2). Bi-coastal shipping is fast (4-5 days from NYC to Vancouver, B.C. has been my experience; 3). Shipping accuracy has been 100 per cent since day 1; and 4). B&H's competitive pricing makes an expensive hobby just a little more affordable!”

“Outstanding product prices and easy international shipping and duty handling. Will use again and again. Cheaper to pay extortionate UK import duty plus shipping than buying the exact same item in the UK what a farce!”

“Whenever the subject of customer service comes up, I tell people that B&H is the best service organization I've ever dealt with, in any industry. Fast, accurate, responsive. The website is the best for searching for products by whatever attribute is important to you. Ordering is very easy, as others have pointed out. I don't even think of buying photo gear anywhere else.”
