“I have never had a bad experience shopping at B&H. Every time I fly to New York, I make it my business to swing by the store and meet the great people working there. What makes my situation somewhat unique is that I am out of the country most of the time, and I will jump online or send someone to the store to grab something, which always goes smoothly. It is the kind of service someone with my hectic schedule relies on.”
