“It should be 5 stars but payment proved tricky between the card number being auto entered wrongly (website error) and then the card company refusing first time round. But rest of site and range of goods (and prices) are excellent.”

“Very easy to select and purchase items through the checkout with the let B&H handle duties and taxes option. I would like to see a better search engine for finding items though. It is much easier and more thorough to search using google search than to use the website search that B&H offers.”

“B&H is my 'go to" choice for my photo needs. Price, availability and website data /ease of use are all excellent. My only "complaint" is that delivery date is not accurate. Often comes sooner than expected which is not helpful for items requiring a signature or I do not wish to leave unattended as I need to arrange my schedule to be home to accept delivery. (My recent lens purchase came next day rather than the stated arrival date.) I now to have to ship to my wife's office for signature which works well most of the time, but not always. Absent unavoidable delays, I would prefer a two or three day delivery date which can be counted on rather than an early arrival.”

“Clean, easy-to-navigate interface; quick, easy checkout w/ a nice selection of delivery options. Only complaint is that selecting any of the 'Overview', 'Specs', 'Reviews', etc options on a given product page adds clicks if I'm planning to navigate back to, say, a search page.”
