“Always Great Service”

“Excellent service. Over the years, my only complaint has been an occasional purchase which was obviously previously sold and returned with some minor damage, and then sold and shipped to me. On those rare occasions, I didn't have time to return before a need, and all were functional. It is a hazard common to any online retailer.”

“I have been buying from B&H for 15 or so years, never any question about their service. I often receive the order the next day, without an additional cost. I don't live far from NYC. They are terrific with pre-purchase questions, so that I get what I want. I haven't had any service issues recently, but the few I have had were handled quickly and to my complete satisfaction.”

“I activated my new payboo card and it didn't update to my account right away. Also the "Start Checkout" button is dimmed and I can only use the "PayPal" button. I couldn't call customer service on Friday because it was out of service hours. I had to wait until Monday. But I was able to use the "Start Checkout" button on Monday.”
