“I have found B&H to be a wonderful alternative to other BIG names in the business. The website is easy to use, shipping is fast, reliable and FREE. I have had a couple of instances where I had to return an item (or items) due to a mistake I made, and it was easy and headache free.”

“I love that I can compare items. B& H has the best compare. I have called Canon to ask the difference in canon lenses and canon cameras and the support guy will go to B&H's website and use B & H compare to help me. Great feature. Lots of detailed information.”

“What ALL businesses in todays world I've been overjoyed with the ease of being able to actually speak to a customer service rep, I've taken the time to write this because this is the way it should work. With most businesses you get bogged down in prerecorded selections, get disconnected and very frustrated (I do anyway) But not with B&H Photo, everything (so far) works the way it should, need help a real person is there quickly.”
