“Exactly what I needed, . I have to replace my timer every two years, I live out in the desert, and no one around carries the kind I like. I usually order from Amazon, but the price is so high. I found Big Frog on internet and they were less expensive and faster. Thank you Big Frog!”

Helpful Report

“the company was very responsive in terms of sending almost immediately the ordered items and their tracking information. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong item (1of 2) and had to return it. it would be nice to have a phone number to call customer service instead communicating with email. Overall it seems to be a good and reliable company.”

Helpful Report

“Ordered the wrong sillcock length, my order was canceled and the correct one was shipped immediately. Item was perfect and works much better than my old valve. Quarter turn handle and rubber molded grip are very nice.”

Helpful Report

“Ordered one item, but shipped a cheaper and different item. When contacted about it, they started giving BS explanation that it is a newer version. I wanted to have them ship the item as per my original order. Never returned my messages left in voice mail. I won't recommend anyone to use this webstore.”
