“Email response/turn around on a prunner clipper availability was suprisingly fast for a weekend.. Shippent was free/made it out here west of Seattle in 4 days. I'll stop at Big Frog for my next purchase.”

“They carry hard-to-find parts and plumbing valves for older homes. Easy to order, great price and shipped directly to me in less than a week. Great job!”

“Great price and fast shipping. They beat everywhere else’s price by 30 dollars. It arrived in a few days as promised. Thanks”

“got exactly what i ordered and worked perfectly for the repair job i was on.”

“Beautiful job of packing. Survived the carrier's attempt to destroy the tankless heater. Initially worried that wrong fuel type had been sent (label on inner box) but Big Frog had included change-over kit with instructions. Less than 10 minutes work to go fron NG to LPG.”

Helpful Report

“Big Frog has competitive prices and a wide selection of product. However, they use FedEx Ground for their free shipping. It took 12 days for a shipment to go from Big Frog in VA to CA. While FedEx's poor performance is out of their control, the use of FedEx Ground is very much in their control. I would suggest that they either use USPS or UPS which during the pandemic have proven to be much more reliable.”

Helpful Report

“valve box received in good condition, as advertised. Looks like it will work for my job.”

“Great unit, works well, easy to set up. Only issue I have is you can not program the unit to stop your irrigation system for less then 72 hours. Other rain sensor I have used stops Iragation system for 24 hours. I would not buy this again for that reason.”

Helpful Report

“Friendly, knowledgeable, customer service (Ruby) made ordering my tankless water heater and related installation accessories easy with assurance that all pieces would be compatible and ready for installation.”

Helpful Report

“Extensive choice of articles. Excellent quality, easy ordering online and quick delivery.”

Helpful Report

“I was looking for a replacement Rain Bird valve that I have not been able to find at any of my retail sources and Big Frog not only had it but was able to ship it to me within a 5 days. It saved my system due to the fact that the old valve leaked and was a constant source of aggravation. I can't tell you how pleased I am with the service.”

Helpful Report

“Still waiting for the item I ordered has been more than a week since ordering and item still has not arrived should have been 2 business days to arrive took longer than that for big frog to fill the order now taking a full week in shipping and still no item I will find another supplier for my needed items if they get here first I will cancel payment to lost frog company”

Helpful Report

“Fast shipping, well packaged. Would order from them again when ever needed.”
