“Was looking for a new drive motor for my Orbit tractor sprinkler and was out of stock at Orbit. In searching I came across Big Frog Supply who offered the exact item much cheaper than anywhere else I found it. Within 24 hours of my order I received an email thanking me for my order and an approximate shipping date. Within two days I received yet another nice email advising my item had shipped and an estimated arrival date. When my package arrived I received yet another email thanking me for my purchase and offering any assistance I may need from Big Frog. The item was an exact factory replacement and perfect. Big Frog Supply went way over and above in providing a great product with a great price and GREAT customer service. Highly recommend and I will use them again. Bob Quinn”

“In the description, it didn’t state the attachment method. I need one with FM 1/4” thread. The one I received have a M thread that I can’t find fittings to adapt it to what I have existing. I don’t see any other items that will work, in the catalog.”

“Ordered a sprinkler valve from Big Frog. Originally the shipment was to take over a week to arrive. However, the shipment arrived in less than a week. And the valve is exactly what I needed. I'd definitely order from Big Frog again.”

“I ordered the wrong faucet because the description was insufficient on the website. It is hard to believe that it cost $100 to restock this item that was returned in the exact condition that it was received. The new one I ordered to replace it was packaged worse than the one I returned.”

“I found Big Frog Supply online. They had the item I was looking for which I had been unable to find. I had never heard of them and I couldn't find an address for their location. I telephoned and double checked the item was in stock. I asked them where they were and I was told Virginia. So, I went ahead and ordered a $1,000 worth of irrigation valves. I received the package in less than a week. I couldn't be happier and I will remember the name for sure.”

“The motion activated sprinkler made it to my house in very good time and I THINK it is going to be effective in keeping the blue heron away from my pond! I hope the bird has moved on to other hunting grounds”
