“I live in Houston, TX. The Febco 765 1-inch backflow preventer was constantly sold out in local Home Depot and Lowe's stores because of the winter freeze. The price of this item is $84 in Home Depot but its listed price on Amazon was almost $300 and the plumber would charge $200 for it. Luckily I found it on Big Frog Supply and only cost me $112. Ordered and received the item in 3 days. The plumber came the next day and installed it. Problem solved in resonable time with a fair price. Love it.”

“Ordered a Node 100. It arrived from Virginia to California in about a week. When I received it there was an issue. The two halves of the unit were cross threaded and wouldn’t come apart. I called Big Frog and without questioning the issue they immediately emailed me a FedX return authorization and shipped a new one that same day. The new one arrived four days later. Excellent customer service. I would definitely do business with him again.”

“I bought a similar product from another online store and it was NO WHERE NEAR the quality of your product. The weave in your fabric is type, excellent quality control, the product was perfect and easy to install. I would not only recommend your products, I'll gladly buy from you again! Thanks for the excellent service, price and quality product.”
