“Overall satisfied with product quality, value and quick shipping. Disappointed in the 3/4" hose adapter fitting. Although the solid drop line was securely pressed on to the fitting, the fitting leaked like crazy in the middle of the fitting where it can rotate to tighten onto the hose bib. Unsure of a solution to this issue.”

“I had a great experience with the lady on the phone that helped me place my order for a shower enclosure. where it went wrong was I was told that the unit would take a week to make and a week to get to me. the unit showed up 9 days later than this estimate which delayed my project and has severely impacted my schedule. There was no phone call and no updates explaining what happened. very disappointed”

I contacted the manufacturer's rep directly for a price and decided to give Amazon a try. That's when I found "Big Frog Supply" and am I glad I did. There price was substantially below the manufacturer rep price and for exactly the same device. The delivery was efficient and quick. I would highly recommend Big Frog Supply if they offer anything you may be looking for ... especially an astronomical relay timer. Just great folks.”
