“Fairly responsive, I'd be very weary of purchasing from them if you have any feeling you'd return the item. They will charge you a restocking fee and/or for shipping your return. I'd stick with the better option online with free returns. I'll personally never purchase anything from them again, their prices are just so-so and the item I got looked like it had been open before.”

“I called in to contact on the order I received but I didn't hear back from anyone. I ended up reaching out to the company that makes the product and they where able to help.The shipping was fast and the packaging was pretty good although it looked like it was quickly boxed up, at least it wasn't very fragile. I searched the internet and found the cheapest price on this product. I got what I ordered as fast as I could has possible gotten it with no charge for shipping.”

“Slowest delivery I have ever had for an online order. I called and was told some items were back ordered? I asked why nobody ever let me know my parts were back ordered. All I was told it was the Florida warehouses mistake. Not sure if I will use them again. Good prices on the items.”

Hello Oscar, Sorry we did not respond to your inquiry quicker, our customer support closed at 530pm, and your email did not come in until after 630pm on that Monday. Your order did ship out the following morning(Tues) and you received a ship email confirm Tuesday before noon with all relevant info you requested, with the shipping and the delivery date. Your package also landed within 1 day and was delivered Wed.

“I ordered a PVB valve from BFS on the 11th and was notified that the item was being delivered on the 13th. Late that evening when my wife and I returned home from a nearby movie theater, nothing had beed left on the porch. I sent an email to that effect and was assured that I would be contacted within 24 hours to address the issue. I did receive a notice within that timeframe that a "Ticket" was issued to initiate some corrective action. I heard nothing more until returning home this afternoon (of the 18th) to find much to my relief, the box with the part enclosed, sitting on my porch. While my initial reaction of the process was not very favorable, for obvious reasons, I must state for the record that their follow-up action, while somewhat delayed, did result in a satisfactory outcome. So even though I can't give a high level review for the entire experience, the did earn my overall respect for their positive resolution of what could have been something all together different!”
