“I was told this was a direct replacement for our Jacuzzi pump with 1 1/2" fittings. Wrong the Jacuzzi fittings are 1 1/2" self aligning and don't cross. After retro work pumped worked for.”

“I ordered a Maxi Jumbo Valve Box. It arrived in great condition and was of high quality. My only complaint was the length of time it took to ship the valve box. It only took 5 days from the time UPS picked up the parcel in VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, US to get it to Colorado. It was ordered May 6, 2017 and received May 25, 2017. Why did it take two weeks to get the product ready to ship? There was no communication/email from Big Frog Supply during this long delay as to status of order.”

Hi Rob, After working with you on the phone about the product, we were hoping you would change your review. The item you purchased, a PVB will leak out of the top if you have an issue with your system. So the item did the right thing! Still hoping you will change your review.

“The packaging was excellent. It was double boxed with corner bumpers separating each box and protecting the Rinnai heater. I wasn't happy on the delivery time. It took several weeks from the time I placed the order to when I received it. In fact, I contacted the company to inquire about the delay and sure enough it magically shipped later that day.”

“The water heater arrivrd with a dented face haven't actually installed it yet, hope that it works ok. Didn't open it until 2 days ago, and the box didn't looked damaged so i didn't open it any earlier. Hope this doesn't turn in to a horror story”

We do have a minimum day policy of 30 days on returns and damages, but we can help you with UPS. Call UPS and file a claim for concealed damage from shipping.
