“Dealt with Harry, I've dealt with him prior at other establishments that won't be naked, and he's always given polite,respectful and pleasant service. The only thing I would suggest to improve Billy Hyde Music Store in Adelaide, is to employ me in the drum shop....I'm keen to be involved, have significant drum restoration experience, have been drumming for a considerable amount of my life, have decent product knowledge and live within walking distance to the store. I'd love to work for Billy Hyde's...please consider!! Great store, great service, great product range, and would be greater with me involved in some capacity....thanks! Regards Shane”

“I ordered from the website which was easy and straightforward, and selected click and collect. I had an email the very next business day saying that the item was ready and I went down to the Nunawading store. “As we know nothing about drum kits etc. we were very pleased to have help selecting a drum mat for our grandson’s 17th birthday and took the risk to order on line We are so pleased that the order arrived with days to spare and the mat had the big “thumbs up” from Josh who is helping out at his music school during the school holidays Josh’s parents are much happier too!”

“We visited the new Billy Hyde store in Blackburn and Steve helped us out getting an electric guitar for my son, who is just starting out. He was so helpful and happy to answer any questions, even though he knew that we were only after a basic kit. The starter kit that we selected wasn't in stock in Victoria, so Steve suggested the quickest and cheapest way to get it was to place an online order. Excellent customer service.”
