“I'm not sure if I'm reviewing the shop or the item so I'll do a bit of both. The Yamaha LL6 acoustic guitar falls exactly between the quality I wanted and what I could spend, a lovely instrument. The staff were very helpful online in a chat box. Then the delivery was free (because of the cost of the guitar) and same day. This really couldn't have been better. I'll definitely be a return customer.”

“Can't speak highly enough about the service provided by the staff behind the scenes at Billy Hyde. I recently made my second acoustic guitar purchase through them and neither time have I been disappointed. The most recent of my purchases was done during (one of) Melbournes lockdown phases so I wasn't sure what to expect, but within two days of the order purchase, my guitar was at my door in perfect condition. The online purchase was easy and straight forward with no bull, with free delivery as well. Thank you for your quality service, I know the next time I'm in need of any musical purchases or if anyone asks for my suggestion, Billy Hyde will be my go to and highly reccomend to others.”
