“I chose to buy from Bioglow after some careful research and in light of my experience of buying fuel from other suppliers in the past. The RUF birch briquettes I selected were a compromise based on a number of factors including price and availability. The positive I ordered a full pallet. Delivery was swift and the driver went way beyond his remit to get the contents of the pallet up my sloping driveway and as close as possible to my back door. In a side by side comparison I found these burn at least as hot as long as my last batch of RUF briquettes from another supplier - so top marks for value! The negative The briquettes are quite crumbly on the surface and can be a bit messy once they are out the bag. Personally, I don't like the smell of them. Conclusion All things being equal I would buy another pallet of these briquettes next year without hesitation.”
