“Bioglow is a good company to deal with. Delivery, is quick and efficient. My one observation would be that delivery companies must offer the option of small delivery vehicles because, surely, many customers with wood-burning stoves live out in the sticks, down narrow country lanes and tracks. I suggest Bioglow look at this issue as it could prevent customers, like me, from re-ordering what is a good product. For information, Currys delivered two large fridges last week in a small van with a lift on the back - no problem at all. Bioglow should insist that their delivery companies employ a similar vehicle.”

“Delivery was 2 minutes over the time but driver was new to the area, due to shortage of HGV drivers. Pleasant delivery driver and we had a bit of banter over the time. He offered to put the pallet in the garage but we already knew it would not fit. Order left at garage door so minimal distance between drop off point and storage. Logs were stored quickly before it rained. Next question I am going to say it was on time.”

“I have had three deliveries from Bioglow now and I am very pleased by the efficient service and final delivery by Highland Haulage. Website is easy to use and price is very competitive with ‘no fuss’ free delivery, even though we are a bit remote. Two queries were quickly resolved.”
