“This was my first time using Bioglow, and I was very happy with the service, prompt delivery and the quality of the fuel. The bricks were delivered on a palette, and I like how they are in manageable packs of 12. Thank you.”

“Ruf heat logs are excellent. We use them in a wood burner and also an open fire. They are made from very fine compressed wood shavings and burn at just the right rate, not too fast, not too slow. A great use of a waste product. My orders always arrive quickly on a pallet.”

“Great service! Deliveries are very quick and my experience has been that the guys have been very helpful and accommodating. There's a good range of quality products at competitive prices. I'm in Northern Ireland and there is no extra charge for delivery. The depot here is great, they always ring in advance to arrange a delivery date. I won't go anywhere else now, I've been delighted with the briquettes, the service and the price. I'd definitely recommend them.”

“I chose to buy from Bioglow after some careful research and in light of my experience of buying fuel from other suppliers in the past. The RUF birch briquettes I selected were a compromise based on a number of factors including price and availability. The positive I ordered a full pallet. Delivery was swift and the driver went way beyond his remit to get the contents of the pallet up my sloping driveway and as close as possible to my back door. In a side by side comparison I found these burn at least as hot as long as my last batch of RUF briquettes from another supplier - so top marks for value! The negative The briquettes are quite crumbly on the surface and can be a bit messy once they are out the bag. Personally, I don't like the smell of them. Conclusion All things being equal I would buy another pallet of these briquettes next year without hesitation.”
