I ordered a couple of times with this company and although it took a long time to arrive I was happy with the products. So due to the time it takes on my 3rd order with them I decided to stock up so on the 9th of May I spent £429.01 on an order with them and it's been a nightmare as I received a box from them yet over half the stuff wasn't even in the box, then about a week or so later I received 2 bottles of my order in a package blimey talk about all over the place.. On the tracking it shows they split the package up which is ridiculous and the 2nd package is showing that it's not even left the US yet and I sent them an email on 27th May and got an automated reply that they aim to get back to their customer's within 48hrs... It's now the 2nd of June! I'm not impressed at all this order is all over the place and their customer service is shockingly bad! They don't care about customers, only taken money. £429.01 is alot to spend on an order and get such a poor service! So as a result they have lost a good customer that would have ordered regularly! So now I have to find a new supplier as this is just not good enough! I will be requesting a refund for the things that haven't arrived and also reporting them! Beware of this company as they are quick to take your money, yet it's potlock if you actually receive your items or not! I only wish I had read the reviews on here and trust pilot 1st as then I would have stayed clear. How can a business even expect to continue with such bad reviews and letting down customers! Customers are what allows your business to survive so I suggest taken a good look at how you do business and how you treat your customers after taken their money! This company deserves to be investigated!

Do not use this company. State they are have a UK office. It is all in the USA. So goods have to be shipped from the US but they don't arrive in the UK. Tracking order becomes untracedable. Possibly held in Customs. You are left waiting weeks and then the item does no turn up. Have to make a claim which takes weeks! No contact numbers and help and support is rarely answered. Had to go through Paypal to get a refund. Still waiting. This company should not be allowed to trade.

Joined this website as needed a few items for my dogs. I ordered and used paypal. I've waited a few days no confirmation order come to my email. I logged into the account I had on their website and order said pending. Then today I logged in and it has been cancelled. No email has been sent to me. All I have been getting is spam emails from them saying about freebies etc. They have terrible customer service, they dont inform you of anything and they cant be bothered to respond. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID No import license, bad customer service... My experience with Biovea in Sweden is awful. They do not have an import license for many of their products so they get stopped at Customs. They are well aware of this as I know other people who have had this issue before, yet they actively choose to keep dispatching these products, knowing the customer will never receive them. Payment is made upfront and their customer service refuse to issue a refund of the order on your credit card and instead insist on Biovea credit. My advice: know your rights and do not buy from them. Totally not recommende Update from 28th May: customer service sends an email and still refuses to refund the money on my credit card. I consider this issue to be unresolved until a refund has been issued. Again, advise against buying on this website. They send products which they know they cannot export to the destination country and then refuse to pay back. Very dodgy, really. Update 29th May: complete silence from Biovea. Had to file a complaint at Konsument Verket (Swedish Consumer Agency) since they are being dodgy and refusing a refund.

Biovea should not take people's money if they can't fulfil orders. I have been waiting a month. The communication was terrible too

Have not received order. No reply, no refund, no phone number. This amounts to theft and I am over £50 worse off. I needed the medicine and I am ill and absolutely fuming. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This company are based in the USA, despite the local UK website and prices in £. Ordered a herbal supplement from them. Item not received after 8 weeks, delivery tracking shows item still in the USA. Contacted them for a refund. Their policy for international orders if not received is to refund the cost of the product and not the delivery charge. Thus I am out of pocket for the delivery charge, despite never receiving the item. I don't see how you can reasonably order from them on this basis - avoid. Also be aware that as they are based in the USA, you will have to pay both VAT and import duty on all but the smallest orders - see UK customs info on gov.uk.

My product has still not been delivered after a month. Biovea are not answering any emails - I have sent 3 so far and none has even been acknowledged. It seems my item is coming from the US. This was not made clear when I ordered it. I will probably be charged customs duty as well if it eventually arrives.

The service is appalling as this is the second time my order has failed to arrive, In addition, customer service is a joke as E-mails are ignored and no Tel No to contact them. Would advise you steer clear of these. scammers!

This is a scam. Products are more expensive than anywhere, you never receive them and no one replies to you. Please select another vendor.

Despite the whole corona virus breakout other companies are still able to at least respond to their customers. I have waited over a month for my order with no response whatsoever. Honestly such terrible customer service, they don’t even provide a phone number you can call, the only way to reach them is by email in which they don’t even respond to. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Very disappointed with Biovea I have been waiting over 1 month for my order with still no luck. I have also sent two emails which I have not received a reply to. guess no one has been receiving their orders with all there recent one-star reviews. Totally understand the COV 19 issue but one month and no replies to emails complete joke!!!!!!

I made an oder 12. 04. 2020 and still haven`t received this. When I asked for a refund I was tald that I can apply for one in 45 days!Shocking! This company is total joke!

Missing order and poor customer service. Avoid at any cost! I do not recommend this supplier. I placed my order a month ago. I paid extra for delivery and tracking to make sure I get the item on time. The item wasn’t arriving and I sent my first email after 2 weeks asking for an update. I never got a reply. Since that time I sent another 3 emails but no reply at all. It is so disappointing. The most ridiculous thing is that they keep sending me promotion emails telling me to order more! How disrespectful is that. I just want my money back, for the item and for extra delivery. I will make sure that neither me nor my friends use this page in the future.

Absolutely despicable company. Waiting now for over three weeks for items needed urgently. I have emailed several times but been completely ignored. Similar products ordered from other companies arrived within 2 or 3 days, so Covid-19 situation is no excuse. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this disgraceful, possibly fraudulent, company like the plague.

I have reported several times an official request to declare my order (41154814) as lost, since it is now more than 45 days from date of shipment and even with the localization code it is impossible to find the package. I haven't heard from Biovea back, not even a "keep on waiting". Customer service is the worst I've ever seen.

I placed an order over 5 weeks ago and it has not arrived. I have tried to contact them but there is no number on their website and so I used their email contact and have sent them 4 emails requesting an update. They happily took over £100 from us in products that have not arrived and will probably not be needed if they delay much longer. The customer service at Biovea is HORRIBLE, most impersonal and least compassionate. There is no human being at the end of their "customer services" line. I appreciate we are in trying times but no other company has made me follow up 4 times with not even an automated response or a quick email response. I am now requesting a refund but of course, they are not actioning that either. Some businesses will not survive this pandemic and it will be those who failed to put the customer first...

Same as everyone it seems , put the order in expecting a delay but not 6 weeks , dont reply to emails and nothing to say item was getting shipped from USA
