“Unsolicited order No 46086402 i.e. website placed order without my knowledge, approval, submission or payment clearance. I have submitted full 2details through "help" facility to no effect. I had 2 items in my basket (still shown) that were NEVER checked out. I was waiting a few days to see if Melatonin 1mg time release would come into stock.
It is very frightening that your computer can take payment from my credit card without my permission.
Please investigate, remove my stored payment details and advise how Biovea will rectify. I have been a loyal customer since 2019 and am very distressed by Biovea's recent behaviour.

“I have been a customer for over 5 years and generally I am happy with the quality of the products. However, customer service is extremely slow and not personalised at all. What topped it up and now made me to not order again was a recent request to cancel an automated order. They charged me for items I did not order and when I asked for a refund they refused. I had tried to cancel the automated ordering but without success. When I did manage to cancel they claim it was too late. I am now raising a complaint and also a claim with my bank.
A nightmare for something that they could have addressed with good customer service. They lost a customer.”
