The delivery by DPL was cancelled one stop from my home, was then delivered the following day, where the drive was rude and offensive, while I appreciate this was not Biovea's fault, your shipping agent needs reviewing, I have never complained about a courier service before.

Items not been delivered courier says attempted delivery but they aren't even trying because we are staying into try to catch them so your using the wrong courier company 😡

48 hour delivery taken 208 hours (and still counting!). Contacted you and got an AI chatbot response. Not impressed.

2 Tage Expresslieferung sollte eingehalten werden. Das Argument, dass DHL in 2 Tagen liefert, ist kein Gutes. DHL bekam das Paket erst am 4.Arbeitstag. Ich bezeichne ihr Kundenlockmittel-2 Tage-Expresslieferung als Irreführung und unlauteren Wettbewerb!!!!

Paket wurde falsch adressiert und kam nicht an. Kundendienst schiebt die Verantwortung auf DHL und will keine Rückerstattung leisten. Wirklich enttäuschende Erfahrung, obwohl ich jahrelang Kunde war.

Extremely dissapointed, paid £7 for two day delivery and its been 9 days and it still hasn't arrived. Looking at the tracking, it's going to random places like Australia and Bahrain, customer service was of no help when I asked them for advice. Extremely angry as I really needed the melatonin and now I'm having to look to order them elsewhere.

Never had any problems before with my delivery, but now you're using DHL Express, my latest delivery was a nightmare, I eventually got it at the third and last attempt.

Integratori arrivati in busta di plastica, non bullonata e con bolla accartocciata.... Il corriere, DHL, consegna solo dopo reclamo a Biovea per mancato recapito senza preavviso e senza alcuna risposta al reclamo.

J'ai commandé des gummies de Mélatonine 5 mg. Malheureusement, elles sont sans doute bcp moins dosées. Je finis mes cp de Mélatonine 5 mg Futures qui eux tiennent leur promesse. J'ai acheté 5 btes de gummies, qu'en faire?

Sadly, the melatonin has caused the opposite effect in both my partner and I. This is the worst melatonin we have ever taken. Both of us reacted to it negatively and slept less than ever
