“Saw a gift which had been ordered for a friend (the lovely little jockeys) and ordered the stork carrying the baby for my newly pregnant daughter. She was delighted ! I didn't spot the cut off of noon for next day delivery which was a shame so missed out on that, though the customer services team did try to sort it for me. thank you !”

“My Mum and Dad loved their personalised 'Thank You' biscuit. I would definitely use Biscuiteers again, the website was easy to navigate, it was easy to personalise my choice of biscuit, it arrived when it was scheduled, it fitted through the letterbox and the packaging was beautiful. “I ordered a Happy Birthday box of biscuits for my grandson at university. They arrived on time and in one piece - good packing and thank you postie. He said they looked fabulous and tasted amazing. They were so good he couldn’t bring himself to share them!! Most unlike him. 😂😂. Thank you biscuiteers. I have recommended you to all my friends and I won’t hesitate to use you again in the future. “I wasn't going to leave a negative review but as I have been repeatedly contacted by Biscuiteers to leave a review, this is my comment. The item arrived late - well after the celebratory date that it was intended for which was hugely disappointing.”

Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We are so sorry your item did not arrive on the day you selected at checkout. We do say with our Royal Mail tracked service that this is not a guaranteed service and there is a chance it can be delivered the next working day after the date you select at checkout. We do try to make this clear on our website and on customers order confirmations, so I do apologise if you didn't see this. “Were sent as a present so have not seen or tasted the biscuits but the receiver of the gift said that they are one of the nicest things she had ever seen. Well packaged and just a delight to receive. Too nice to eat she said so don't think they have been tasted yet. Prompt delivery, arriving when scheduled and will definitely look at ordering from Biscuiteers in the future.”
