“Biscuits were lovely and personaliation perfect, however one of the biscuits (the pencil) was broken in transit. Also disappointed that they didn't arrive when scheduled, so 4 days late because of the Bank Holiday - poor for a Tracked24 service.”

“I was sent a Biscuiteers star biscuit over lockdown from my employer, I remember the happiness I felt when opening this beautifully iced biscuit. I wanted to give the same joy to my sister in law on her birthday and so decided to send her the happy birthday set. She was over joyed when she recieved it.”

“Our good luck shamrock biscuit arrived with a slightly broken stalk, but my daughter was still pleased to receive it. I have made a number of orders and the biscuits always look fantastic, but never taste quite as good as they look.”

“Can't really give a view about the biscuits as they were a gift and I didn't see them! The recipient said they were pretty. Website was all right but overall the cost seems rather a lot for the quantity of biscuits, but they might have been special enough to warrant the price! I've already had two emails since April 21st for marketing purposes (it's April 24th today) - as well as this request to review. Too many! Not sure to what the third question refers - yes I did order by the website - so presumably that counts as email? I didn't have any queries but the order was dispatched in a timely fashion.”

“Very easy to order. Got next day delivery which was perfect, was even able to personalise the icing on the biscuits that late in the day. The biscuits were delivered in good condition and on time. The recipient thought they were yummy. Just a tad pricey, but a quality product.”
