“Ordered 11pm online, called 8am following morning but So quick on despatching that I was too late to change a mistake in my wording. My fault!”

“Great service. Used it to cheer up my Covid struck daughter with a Little Miss Hug biscuit and she loved it. Said it was delicious too as soon as her sense of taste came back.”

“Biscuit arrived 5 days after my friend’s birthday. Covid and Royal Mail was blamed, not the greatest apology. Don’t order delivery for special dates as they are likely to be late. The statement of 95% arrive on the date requested should be removed from the website. Biscuit was ok........”

“I live in Canada and sent biscuits to my daughter in Glasgow for her birthday. Sadly I could not travel to be with her at the minute due to COVID restrictions. I’m a baker myself so I was interested to see what would turn up. They were beautiful & I will definitely order again. Thanks 🙏”

“I’m a huge fan... I’ve ordered from Biscuiteers several times now. Packaging is fabulous, a wonderful gift. The biscuits taste amazing. I had to call up to ask about gift vouchers and customer service were equally fabulous . Branding is fabulous.”

“I have used biscuits ers several times and even done their decorating biscuit class however on this occasion they failed miserably My daughters gift arrived five days after her birthday I was told they allow five days now for royal mail to deliver but proceeded to post it the day before the date that I wanted it delivered by, their answer when I e mailed to query the non delivery was would I like a brochure of their products for future use!!”

“These biscuits were a gift for two people in lockdown. They certainly went down, they were macaroons and had been eaten in two days. They were thoroughly enjoyed alongside the tea that went with them. Thank you for cheering them up. Kate x”
