“Very impressed with biscuiteers service - have used many times as gifts and they arrive on time, and the recipient always seems pleased. Love the amazing and unique changing selection of beautifully iced designs. Delivery and gift wrap/bags should be cheaper though.”

“Biscuiteers cookies are sheer delight!!! To open a tin and discover the wonders of such preciously prepared doughs and decorated cookies is....well....simply splendiferous!!!! SPLENDIFEROUS!!! I may have given my nationality away with "cookies" but my family and friends are amazed at your delicious cookies and decorations. When I want to send a special gift nothing says it better that BIscuiteers. You are not just bakers you are true artists. I only wish that I could go to my mailbox every Saturday morning to receive a lovely "Biscuiteers Saturday Morning Box" with lovely surprises to enjoy for the weekend. Hmmmm....there may be an opportunity here.... If you do decide to create a "Biscuiteers Saturday Morning Box" I will sign up for years and years..... Kind regards, Susan Lewis”

“I recently sent some biscuits as an engagement present and it was a very smooth process - delivered quickly and we only got a picture of crumbs so think they were tasty! I would definitely recommend as a cute, different gift idea.”

“Sent letter box summer biscuits instead of a card to a friend. She absolutely loved them, they almost look too good to eat. A little work of art ( of course after a few days she couldn’t resist them) Thank you Biscuiteers, you never disappoint.”

“No, very unhappy with Biscuiteers... init seems that the Biscuiteers discount web page doesn't apply to you...I mentioned this and was promised a 15% discount refund.... Then, when the birthday biscuit arrived it was cracked and broke on lifting it out. I will not be sending any more Biscuiteers selection out again...very disappointing. I really should receive a refund, as the biscuit was damaged. Also you keep referring to me as Julia Worley...and my name is Sylvie Kennedy!! Very bad !!I haven't received the discount either....!!! S Kennedy”

“We chose the seaside tin for my husband's birthday & were not disappointed. Lovely selection on a seaside theme & chocolate biscuit this time. Always good service and delivered when requested. Plenty of choice of ever changing themes.”

“Website froze so logged back in again abd didn’t realise previous order still in basket. Contacted company within 15 minutes but they refused to edit my order, or to swap the duplicate out for another letterbox biscuit. £17.95 poorer for 2 biscuits is something as a pensioner, I cannot afford. I would have thought at these prices a little flexibility could have been used. Shan’t be using this company again”
