“Ordered the giant box of personalised chocolates for my sister for her 60th birthday present. Organised for them to be delivered day before my sister's birthday so they were certain to be there for the big day. Biscuiteers failed to deliver. I was very disappointed by their response and handling of the matter when informed them of what had happened. Very disappointed all round.”

“The customer service went above and beyond any expectations (a special thanks to George who responded to all my emails swiftly, supportively and patiently). This is a company that clearly puts customer satisfaction as its priority and as such will definitely be getting repeat orders from me. The range of products is amazing, and I was extremely happy to find that gluten-free biscuits are included in their range. I highly recommend the company and its products.”

“The biscuit looked just like the photo online but with my own personalisation. A little pink cake design with candles in icing, biscuit is chocolate. Went down very well with my mum.”

“Beautifully presented in a ribbon tied birthday bag, but the tin with biscuits in was even more impressive, with a cycling theme to reflect the cycling biscuits inside. Shame to eat them really but we have and they were delicious. Dad’s cycling medals now stored in said tin!”

“I ordered one of the birthday cake style biscuits for a friend and she absolutely loved it. She sent me a photo but i didn’t get to see it in person. It looked beautiful…too good to eat really! Would definitely order again for a special occasion. It was a quick and simple transaction and was kept informed of progress along the way”
