“I had a dealer who broke his back, I wanted something personal and special for him. He received the biscuits and wouldn't eat them until his wife and children had seen them, they absolutely made his day ! The time you take to source just the right box and the skill used to create the biscuits and decorations is remarkable. Little works of art :-)”

“I ordered the Tea & Biscuits tin as a gift for a friends birthday, as I live abroad it was great being able to select dates and leave a gift message. Unfortunately the delivery was late though so I’m not totally happy with the service. Friend tells me they taste good though.”

Hello, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I'm so glad to hear the recipients enjoyed the taste of the biscuits. Having tracked your delivery I can see that delivery was attempted within the time frame we state for our Royal Mail next day service but I believe no one was in to sign for the parcel so a calling card was left. I can then see a collection of the parcel was made the following day. We do apologise that delivery was not successful on the first attempt but for our larger tins we do require a signature on delivery. Thank you so much for placing an order with us. “Having received a lovely gingerbread man offering a bouquet of flowers when I was recovering from an operation, I was so pleased to be able to send the same to a friend recently after her surgery. “I ordered Batman for my grandson and Little Miss Hug for my granddaughter for Easter. The selection was varied, the ordering easy, they were delivered just when you said they would -beautifully packaged according to my daughter in law - and the final word comes from my son: 'The biscuits stole the show this morning. The kids absolutely loved them'. Thank you. I'll certainly be ordering from you again.”

“The description of this item was very vague leading to me think I would receive 5 biscuits considering the expensive price. You actually only receive 3! Not worth the price and the biscuits were not good quality. Very disappointed! Contacted customer services who said they were unable to help but taking my comment under consideration, not helpful.”

We do try to make it clear on the product page, through images and a description that this is a biscuit box that comes in a white, illustrated gift box with 3 biscuits in it.
